Return window You may return most items within 5-7 business days of delivery for a refund.

Condition for return Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return shipping

• If the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, or damage in transit), Buzz-Basket covers return shipping.
• If the return is for any other reason (changed your mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
